1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of RetainIQ, a product operated by GT Studio Labs ("GT Studio Labs," "we," "us"). By accessing this website or using RetainIQ, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use RetainIQ or this website.
2. About RetainIQ
RetainIQ is a WhatsApp-based patient check-in and recall product for single-doctor clinics, currently in an early-access phase and rolled out directly with clinic partners. We will be clear with any Clinic about exactly what's available to them at the time they sign up.
3. Eligibility and accounts
RetainIQ is intended for use by clinic businesses and their authorised staff ("Clinics"). A Clinic is responsible for the accuracy of information it provides, for keeping any account credentials secure, and for how its staff use RetainIQ.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use RetainIQ to:
- Send messages to patients who have not consented to be contacted by the Clinic;
- Send spam, unsolicited marketing, or content unrelated to clinical check-in and recall;
- Violate any applicable law, or Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform policies and Business Messaging Policy;
- Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or reverse-engineer RetainIQ.
5. WhatsApp messaging
Messages sent through RetainIQ are delivered via the WhatsApp Business Platform, from a Clinic's own WhatsApp Business number. Use of RetainIQ is also subject to Meta's own applicable terms for the WhatsApp Business Platform. GT Studio Labs is not responsible for outages, delivery delays, or policy changes originating from Meta's platform.
6. Fees
RetainIQ is currently offered to early-access Clinics under terms agreed individually. Any future standard pricing will be described separately before it applies to a Clinic's account.
7. Intellectual property
RetainIQ, its name, and associated branding are owned by GT Studio Labs. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of RetainIQ or its underlying software to a Clinic or user.
8. Disclaimer
RetainIQ is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we make no warranty that RetainIQ will meet every requirement of every clinic. RetainIQ is a communication and record-keeping tool — it does not provide medical advice and is not a substitute for a clinic's own clinical judgment or record-keeping obligations.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GT Studio Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of RetainIQ. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
10. Termination
We may suspend or end access to RetainIQ for a Clinic that violates these Terms, or as part of ordinary service changes and improvements, with reasonable notice where practical.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to GT Studio Labs' place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
