RetainIQ is a product of GT Studio Labs. It gives single-doctor clinics a simple way to check patients in and remind them to come back — over WhatsApp, the app their patients already have open.

A patient is told to come back in three weeks. No one calls them, no one texts them, and the visit never happens — not because the care wasn't good, but because there was no simple, low-effort way to bring them back. Front-desk staff at a small clinic don't have time to run a manual recall list on top of everything else they do.
RetainIQ is being built to close that specific gap, without asking a receptionist to learn new software or maintain a system on top of their existing workload.

WhatsApp check-in
Patients check in for a walk-in visit by scanning a QR code that opens a WhatsApp conversation with the clinic's own number — no app to install, no login to create.
Automatic follow-up reminders
When a patient is due to return, RetainIQ sends a WhatsApp reminder on the clinic's behalf, instead of relying on staff to remember and place a call.
A visit history the clinic can see
Each patient's check-in and recall history is kept in one place, so the clinic has a simple record of who came in, when, and who's overdue to return.
